I have used Jason for about three dozen transactions over the last four years and Jason has come to every closing.  Over those same four years, Jason is the only mortgage person I have ever seen at a closing.  On several occasions Jason has come to a closing and has announced that he could not get his client the agreed upon interest rate, and that the interest rate would be 1/8% or a 1/4% lower.  If that doesn't demonstrate integrity I don't know what does.  As for myself and my Real Estate team, whenever possible we will suggest Jason Cooley to our clients.
